Space: the final frontier. While only about six hundred people have ever been up there, we’ve had our eyes fixed on the stars. Star Wars and Star Trek taught us to dream big, 2001: A Space Odyssey helped to explain our place in the universe, and even the renowned jazz musician Sun Ra told us that space is the place and introduced us to the sounds of the astral plane.
